Staffing & Scheduling
Easy digital schedule & shift filling
Send us what you have and we build your schedule within 48 hours. From then on, call-offs, open shifts, and pickups happen on your staff’s phones, not in a group text.
A call-off, filled in minutes
Every step shows up as a notification on the right person’s phone. No phone tree, no whiteboard, no “did anyone see my text?”

1 · Call off
Staff tap the shift and call off from their phone. The scheduler is notified right away.

2 · Offered
Approve, and the open shift goes out to your regular-hours people first. Overtime waits for your okay.

3 · Filled
First to tap Accept gets it. The manager's phone says who took it, and it's already on the schedule.
For the scheduler
The whole department on one grid
Positions, shifts, and every person, day by day. Tap a shift to see who’s on. Tap a person to see how they’re doing. Open shifts stand out until they’re filled.
- Set rotations once (4-2, 2-2-3, on-call) and the schedule rolls forward on its own.
- Approve a call-off and notify the right group in one motion.
- Regular-hours staff get offered first. Overtime and double time wait for your approval.

Share your daily punches
Know the same day, not at payroll
Upload your timeclock export, or send it to us. Every row is previewed before anything is saved, then the schedule starts checking the clock for you.
Scheduled but never clocked in
When the day's punches come in, anyone who was on the schedule and never clocked in is flagged, and the manager gets an email or text. Same for late arrivals.
Fifth-hour meal breaks
Late, missed, or short lunches are caught automatically, with the meal-premium exposure counted per person. Send a midday punch file and you get a warning for anyone still on the clock without a lunch.
Overtime, from the punches
Daily over 8, double time over 12, weekly over 40, and the 7th-day premium, detected from the punches themselves and sent to managers. Open-shift overtime always waits for your approval first.
Missed punches
Missing in, out, or meal punches are tracked per person and pushed to managers, so payroll stops chasing corrections.

For every employee
A card that shows how they’re doing
Every employee sees their own 90-day record on their phone, the good and the not so good, computed by the same engine the manager sees. Staff compare against their position’s average, never against a named coworker.
With daily punches, the manager’s report card adds:
Awards for the good things
- 🏆 The ReliablesBest attendance on the team.
- ✋ Shift HeroPicked up the most open shifts.
- 💎 UnshakeableZero call-offs, zero no-shows.
